The Community Collaborative for Youth & Families maintains the following committees that support the organizational structure. An overview is provided below for each of those committees. Questions can be emailed to the committee chairman, listed with each committee overview. Leadership Team
Purpose: Provide leadership and guidance to the Collaborative. Act as the administrative oversight authority for all Collaborative functions.

Member Support Committee
Chairman: Fran Meyer and Jennifer Bateman
Purpose: To generate a sense of community among our members by creating a hospitable atmosphere for regular meetings and other events.
Objectives:
- Create a welcoming environment for the monthly meetings that is streamlined and ensures meeting data is accessible to all
- Organize meeting supplies and logistics to welcome members and potential members
- Track meeting attendance of members
- Set-up and break down of any and all meetings and events
Education & Training Committee
Chairman: Sherry Norton-Williams
Purpose: To plan, host, and collaborate on trainings and workshops to educate the membership and community as a whole. Through our events and education materials, provide other committees and partnering agencies with information for planning, collaboration, and professional development.
Objectives:
- Contact agencies and community partners to compile and maintain a list of existing programs, educational activities, and scheduled events;
- Identify unmet needs in the community; and
- Design and implement quarterly educational events and evaluation activities.
